Alliance Club Speed Ladder 2m (Red)

Agility ladders are great for developing your speed, agility and quickness. They are a great way to build up your cardio fitness and burn a ton of calories at the same time as improving your running technique.

The rungs on the ladder can be moved, allowing you to change the size of the squares and modify the exercises used with the speed ladders. The Alliance Club Speed ladders also feature buckle clips at either end so the ladders can be extended.
